Every brushstroke within the Canvas Creator is a high-resolution capture of an original physical painting created by our developer. These hand-painted elements have been color-enhanced and optimized to ensure museum-quality detail.
Because the final image files are engineered for large-format clarity, your creations can be printed up to 30 inches wide—providing every aspiring artist with the agency to compose, print, and display professional work for their home or office.
ARTerra is a digital design platform that uses a patented grid-based interface to make professional-level painting accessible to everyone. Instead of relying on the fine motor skills needed for a mouse or stylus, users interact with large, easy-to-activate "zones" to build original, layered artwork.
Our interface uses a grid (currently 4x3) placed over layers of original paint swatches. When you touch a zone, you "pass through" these digital layers to reveal and modify colors and textures. It is a digital version of a physical layering process, designed so that any touch—no matter how broad—results in a meaningful artistic choice.
No. ARTerra is a human-centered tool, not an AI generator. Every brushstroke and color swatch in our system was originally hand-painted by our founder and digitally optimized. You are the artist; our platform simply provides the accessible "brush" that allows you to arrange these elements into your own unique composition.
We are currently developing an 8x6 grid (48 zones) to offer four times the creative precision of our original 12-zone layout. This expansion will allow for much finer detail and more complex layering in the final painting, while still maintaining the large, accessible buttons our users rely on.
The images in the Canvas Creator are the sole rights and ownership of ARTerra. While you are the owner of your unique print, it can not be resold or used for profit.

As a small, female-owned startup, we are committed to keeping assistive technology affordable. Everyone has full access to the design engine. This revenue directly funds our R&D as we build toward the 8x6 grid.
